Business Development Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic person to develop and generate sales leads for our account executives. Using a consultative sales approach the candidate will develop leads from various industries via cold calls, emails and sales research.
This is an opportunity to start at the ground floor of a growing company and to be able to learn how to sell in a true corporate B2B environment. For the right candidate a career path over time is available to move from business development to customer sales and eventually to new business sales.
We have a team oriented environment and unlike some sales teams, our environment is not cutthroat, nor overly competitive. You'll have the support of your manager, the CEO with a deep background in consultative sales and your peers. This is a junior position and hunger, motivation and a long term career view is key.

Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
RIC International has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative at our headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic person. Under general supervision, the sales person will conduct outbound telephone campaign calls in support of sales efforts using standard scripts and procedures. The right candidate will also sell to pre-qualified leads and will possess great organizational skills and a strong work ethic. This is a position requiring experience in outbound sales activities.
Experience
- BA or equivalent.
- 2 -5 years experience in telesales consultative B2B selling;
- Creativity, intelligence, and problem solving aptitude and attitude;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Dedication to providing the highest level of customer service;
- Solid computer skills; full command of MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus;
- Knowledge of the translation industry or related professional services industries is a plus;

Senior Accounting Clerk
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO the candidate will perform accounting duties for the company. This is a hands-on position requiring the person to complete basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Analyzes, verifies and posts transactions to journals, ledgers and other records. Analyzes, investigates and corrects accounting entries as needed. Reviews invoices, bills, vouchers, or other documents for corrections before entering into records. Sorts and files documents, and performs calculations. Performs reconciliation of complex transactions. Manages accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results. Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations. Opportunity to grow into the accounting manager role exists for the right candidate.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a Bachelors degree in accounting or business and 3-6 years relevant work experience.
Requires strong computer skills with Microsoft Office expertise with Excel and Word and a QuickBooks expert user. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Senior Translation / Localization Project Manager
RIC International has an opening for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The candidate must have project management experience in the Translation / Localization Industry, preferably on the agency side, and a keen interest in Quality Management processes. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, self-motivated person who has the ability to manage multiple projects ranging from short-turnaround translation of clinical trial data received in non-editable (scanned) pdf files to complex long-term multimedia localization projects without ever compromising quality or customer focus.
Project managers must be bilingual and have at least 3 years' project management or translation experience. Proven communication, organizational, and computer skills are also required.
Responsibilities:

Owning the project from initial planning to delivery;

Assembling teams of freelance translators and editors for each project;

Working with vendors to ensure quality implementation and strict adherence to timeline on all projects;

Assembling and verifying project files for final delivery to our clients;

Vendor Manager
The candidate must understand vendor processes and requirements while combining people and process management skills. Knowledge of translation tools and understanding of localization and documentation processes is highly desired. General knowledge of linguistic, cultural or legal issues is preferred.
NOTE:
- This is a full-time staff position in our Cambridge, MA office. No telecommuting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop vendor and outsourcing strategy
- Establish vendor selection and qualification program and procedures
- Maintain vendor database
- Negotiate rates and identify opportunities for strategic pricing models
- Develop long term partnerships with key vendors
- Anticipate future requirements and ensure sufficient resources are available based on prospective work
- Identify and qualify suitable language and production partners following predefined selection procedures
- Facilitate ongoing vendor strategy discussions within RIC
- Manage vendor quality system
- Maintain current partnerships including hosting and chairing partners onsite and offsite visits
- Examine the performance of current vendors to identify problem areas and monitoring improvements
- Work with vendors to continuously improve productivity through communication, process, and tools usage requirements.
Requirements:
